Rise and shine with CAB’s Campus Appreciation Breakfast Bar

A good breakfast is an important way to start the day. And that’s exactly how Five Towns students and faculty kicked off their morning on March 12th, with CAB [Campus Activities Board] hosting a Campus Appreciation Breakfast Bar.
CAB President Egypt Dozer emphasized the core purpose of the morning event. “We really wanted to give back to our students and faculty with a complimentary breakfast. We just wanted to give everyone a good morning. Something to push us through the day, push us through the week. Midterms kind of knocked everyone down, so we wanted to uplift everyone again.”

Breakfast enthusiasts who stopped by the picturesque windows next to the FTC Sound Stream headquarters were treated to a plethora of mouth-watering options, including French toast brûlée, fluffy pancakes, buttery croissants, freshly brewed coffee, and so much more, just right to kickstart and motivate everyone for the day ahead of them.
“I think this breakfast was really good, especially with all the toppings that they had. I put everything I liked on it, and it came out beautiful. People said it was pretty, then I ate it, and it was delicious,” said Film and Television major Lauren Marino.
The Campus Appreciation Breakfast Bar offered a refreshing send-off as Spring Break starts on March 17th, energizing students and faculty to enjoy their break before resuming the rest of the semester on March 21st.
