Don’t forget to check out the vendors’ tents this evening!
Lots of cool things are being sold such as food, jewelry, and snacks. Some tents also offer freebees!
Stephen McCormack, who is helping run a tent with jewelry, crystals, and crystallized Pokemon said, “We definitely love doing this type of event. We get to meet so many different people, and as far as running the booth, it’s been a positive experience.”
Make sure to catch them while they’re still there tonight or tomorrow for all kinds of cool goodies!

Over at the Greg Milstein Circus in the Kidzone, the high energy show includes tricks, audience participation, and lots of fun! Milstein keeps the kids and their families engaged for an afternoon of silliness and whimsy! Even the surrounding stalls and passersby are stopping to watch.

Karina Rykman opened today’s Voodoo Main Stage. The artist’s debut album, Joyride, is out now. The crowd pulled up their lawn chairs to settle in for Rykman’s performance. The album’s hit single, “Joyride,” is co-produced by Phish’s Trey Anastasio, and blends “equal parts thick base, ethereal synths, disco-funk guitar, and silky inviting vocals.”

Hot dog testing: Professor Brigette Boyle, Alexis Mack and Michael Johnson sampled three different hot dogs at the vendor, Dogs on the Curb. Michael went traditional with a hotdog and ketchup; Prof. Boyle spiced it up with cheese and bacon. Alexis was the most adventurous with the Jamaican jerk dog. Overall, the hot dogs, were well cooked and tasty. The ingredients were fresh, and the cooks were friendly and helpful. The hot dogs start at $10- a great lunch option at the Great South Bay Music Festival.

Imposters opened up Day 3 on the Five Towns College Stage. The band provided a strong performance to start the day with a loud rock set. Guitarist Nick Greto talked about his experience:
“We’ve played on the island [Long Island] before…first time at the festival. We’ve always heard good things about it. We’re excited that we’re on this year. It’s great. It’s awesome. The food, the vibe, the music.”
Imposters had a good crowd for the opening act and one fan in particular, Nick’s mom, Cheryl, loved the set, saying, “My son is a member of Imposters. He plays rhythm guitar so that’s why I’m here. Biggest fan!”
Cheryl is enjoying the day at Shorefront Park. “This is a great vibe. It’s beautiful, all the different booths and the vendors. I think it’s a great venue.”
