FTC Dorm Cooking: Loaded Mac and Cheese

FTC Chefs Sam Zanchelli and Kevin Phalen amp up a classic comfort dish using only a microwave.

Loaded Mac and Cheese
  • Take out Lean Cuisine Mac and Cheese and leave the film on the product.
  • Place in the microwave and cook for 2:30 minutes on high.
  • Remove from microwave.
  • Remove seal, add mozzarella cheese, and mix.
  • Cover the macaroni with the seal and put it back into the microwave for 1:30 longer.
  • Remove the Mac and Cheese from the microwave.
  • Let it stand for 2 minutes.
  • Top with crumbled bacon and enjoy!
