FTC Dorm Cooking: Loaded Mac and Cheese
FTC Chefs Sam Zanchelli and Kevin Phalen amp up a classic comfort dish using only a microwave.

Loaded Mac and Cheese
- Take out Lean Cuisine Mac and Cheese and leave the film on the product.
- Place in the microwave and cook for 2:30 minutes on high.
- Remove from microwave.
- Remove seal, add mozzarella cheese, and mix.
- Cover the macaroni with the seal and put it back into the microwave for 1:30 longer.
- Remove the Mac and Cheese from the microwave.
- Let it stand for 2 minutes.
- Top with crumbled bacon and enjoy!
